Bullying is something that happens around us. Bullying is in the form of teasing, hurting others, or evne talking behind their back.

Teasing: "make fun of or attempt to provoke (a person or animal) in a playful way" dictionary
Even if you attempted to make it playful, the victim might not think the same way.

Hurting others: "cause pain or injury to others"dictionary
This is a more scarier level in bullying. This might cause pain or injury to others and may lead to a very serious problem, and if the injury is real bad, the one who bully might go to jail for that.

Talking behind their back: "betraying your friendship by talking to others about their negative side" my definition.
For me this is almost the worst way you can bully, especially if you are best friends with them. It'll hurt the victim very much and shock the victim, in the most possible case the victim will feel unwanted because she is betrayed by the victim's own best friend and could be depressed.
